Designed with Experts. Made for Your Body.
Ever since we founded la CLIT, the pelvic floor physical therapists and intimate wellness experts we work with have told us the same thing:
there wasn’t a pelvic wand they could confidently recommend, one that was truly body-safe, effective, and thoughtfully designed.
That’s why we set out to find a La CLIT–approved vibrating pelvic wand. After extensive research, testing, and expert feedback… we found it.
Our vibrating pelvic wand is crafted from ultra-silky medical-grade silicone and designed to precisely target the pelvic floor muscles with comfort and control.
Created by a pelvic floor physical therapist with an incredible story (scroll down to learn more), it combines ergonomic, body-adapted curves; deep, soothing vibrations; a smooth, non-porous, body-safe finish.
More than a tool: this isn’t just a pelvic wand: it’s a trusted ally for caring for your body, exploring new sensations, and reconnecting with your pleasure on your own terms.

How to Use the Vibrating Pelvic Wand?
Below are expert tips from Dr. Amanda Olson, the pelvic floor physical therapist who designed this wand.
If you experience pelvic pain or are currently under the care of a specialist, we always recommend checking with your healthcare provider to ensure this wand is right for your specific needs.
1. Prepare
Wash the wand with warm water and mild soap or your favorite toy cleaner. Choose a quiet, comfortable space where you can fully relax — your bed is ideal.
2. Choose the Right End
The curved tip is ideal for areas closer to the vaginal opening. The longer, rounded end is designed to reach deeper pelvic floor muscles.
3. Lubricate
Apply a generous amount of water-based lubricant to the wand for comfort and ease of use.
4. Get Comfortable
Lie on your back with your knees bent, or on your side with a pillow between your legs, whichever position helps you relax most.
5. Breathe
Take a deep breath in, allowing your belly to rise. Slowly exhale to encourage pelvic floor relaxation, and gently insert the wand during the exhale.
6. Massage
Guide the wand toward the desired area and apply gentle pressure. Dr Olsen suggests to think of the firmness of a ripe tomato: steady, but never painful.
7. Find Release
Slowly move your bent knee until you find a position that feels comfortable and relaxing. Hold this position for 1–2 minutes, allowing the muscles to soften.
Repeat 1–2 times per day, or as needed.
